You get a central database for all employee records, with custom fields, attachments and secure document storage. Recruitment tools help you create job postings, process applications and schedule interviews. During onboarding, new hires complete digital forms and sign documents electronically. Attendance and leave modules track working hours, time‑off requests and shifts with web and mobile clock‑in/out. Payroll modules calculate salaries, deductions, taxes and benefits, generating payslips and posting entries directly to your accounting system. Performance and appraisal modules allow you to set goals, conduct evaluations and manage promotions. Employees access a self‑service portal to update personal information, submit leave requests and view payslips.
